Happy Cinco de Mayo!

I love this day because I love, love, love Mexican food! In fact when Josh and I were newly married all I fixed was Mexican food, since that's what I ate growing up, then one day he finally asked if I knew how to make any other food like meat and potatoes. I just assumed everyone loves Mexican food as much as I do. So for Wednesday we didn't let the holiday go to waste. We ate delicious burros, chips and salsa, guacamole, Truett made a tasty drink from his mission (he served in Mexico city), beans and rice and for dessert we had Mexican sundaes, Yum! Oh and we also decorated the house with all of the unique (to put it nicely) things that Truett brought home from the mish. Including the small sombreros picture to your right.
