a little too crinkly

Chamberlain and I have a bake day once a week. We usually try something new like we did today. Chocolate Crinkle Cookies. These cookies are great to make with a 3 year old (despite the 6+ hour chill time). Chamberlain had the most fun rolling the ball of chocolate dough in the confectioners sugar. But then again, who wouldn't love to play in sugar. The final product was okay, the cookies to me taste (or more like the texture)exactly what they are named, Crinkly. However, Chamberlain loved them. And I thought they turned out looking lovely.
