Siri
had her 2 week check up today.
In 2 weeks and a day she has grown to
8 lbs. 6 oz.
&
21.5 Inches long
Which means she has grown 3 inches and 2 plus pounds in just two weeks and a day.
In fact the nurse and the doctor when checking her weight and height
mentioned typically babies do not grow that fast, so we double checked her height, and she really grew 3 inches.
Due to "our" height they could see how she could grow that fast.
Siri sleeps and sleeps and sleeps and sleeps.
Siri also sleeps through most of the night waking between 4 am and 5 am to eat and goes back to sleep till 9 am or 10 am.
Which is super for me and especially nice for Josh since he is the one who gets up with her during the night.
Such a good hubby that Josh of mine!
Siri is starting to hold her head up for short periods of time and is awake for an hour or so in the morning and and hour or more in the evening and just observes whats going on around her. She loves to be wrapped up tight in her blankies. She is out of preemie clothing {yes she wore preemie clothing the first week or so of her life} and finally into Newborn sizes.
Siri is doing so well, and growing so fast and we love her so much.
Such a treat this little darling is.
Things of Note:
Siri is still a few ounces smaller than baby Lex was at Birth.
It blows my mind how small Siri is/was.

That's amazing about how much she's grown! And great! I guess sleep does a body good. Glad she's a good baby.

SO CUTE! She is lovely-I cannot believe how fast she grew! I am hoping my biggest twin will be over 8 pounds at their 2 month checkup! You have such a beautiful family. Congratulations! Maybe some day we can get together!
