Chamberlain started Pre-school today.
It was nothing short of an answered pray for us really.
You see I dropped the ball in getting Chamberlain into a Pre-school for the fall.
We travel a lot in the fall and I just didnt think it would be worth it since we are gone most days.
But due to my new calling and Josh's crazy work and school schedule it really has limited our travel.
So needless to say Chamberlain is bored.
I can tell he needs more than just me everyday.
I searched and searched for something to get him into and I came up with nothing that would fit with our schedule. Then we finally just asked for help...in prayer form.
And just when I thought we had nothing, a sweet lady from our ward walked up to me, {while finishing up my calling} and asked if Chamberlain was in any-kind of Pre-school and if not would he like to join hers.
And of course I said YES!
Our Heavenly Father does love us.
He knows our needs, He knows are wants and He most definitely answers our prayers.
Even if its to help me find something as small as Pre-school.
This is another small yet cherished experience of the love our Heavenly Father has for His children.
Chamberlain also wanted me to document that he can touch the door knocker.
While we are at it I have a few Chamberlain-isyms that I have written down and I do not want to forget. I mean he is only 5 even if he looks like he is 7 or 8, he still says funny 5 year old things.
When Chamberlain is jumping into the water (or on his sister for that matter) in cannon ball form he calls it canyon ball.
When he is going agasint someone like in cowboy golf or the Wii he calls it Versus. For example he'll say "Hey mom Tanner is versing me"
When Siri falls down or anyone really, he calls it Timbered, as in "Mom Siri timbered down." instead of Siri fell down.
He calls it Frootball instead of Football. We don't know why we correct him all the time.
We find ourselves always going to the BYU Creamery and he calls it the Cream Mary.
On our way to Kanab Grandpa Chamberlain got Chamberlain into reciting all the towns and their high school mascots. One small town is named Mt. Carmel, and he calls it every time
Mountain Carmel.
