7 years

I have heard of the 7 year itch.  

The only thing Josh and I are itching for is a getaway with JUST the 2 of us, no kids for a long weekend or a week, preferably on a warm beach sipping tropical drinks with no interruptions! However, being 40 weeks pregnant with 2 kids at home means that getaway is just going to have to wait.

We did however have a great day of celebration.

We wouldn't have wanted it any other way (unless the mentioned above) than having our good friends over for Brunch and lovely conversation while the children played and played and played some more.  Really it was a treat to spend the morning with the Smiths eating an array of fresh fruit and whole wheat waffles.

Even though its been nearly a year since we last hung out it feels as if we've never skipped a beat. That can only mean one thing true friendship.  Which in this case a friendship that blossomed because Josh and I got married.

And the tradition of our yearly couples snap shot continues. Chamberlain as the photog and Siri, well she tried but just didn't quite get it. 

Its been an amazing 7 years filled with plenty of Adventure and I can't wait to see where the next 7 years take us.

Oh and one more piece of Turquoise glass, in cake stand form, to add to my ever growing collection.
