( pictures taken from here)
My dear friend Jill (whom I've missed and am eagerly anticipating their return for the summer) wrote a post a few weeks ago titled "If..." that has stuck with me.
Mrs. Jill I do think of your post often because I do use that nasty little word all the time. Especially when I look at this nearly perfect tree house bed. I find myself saying "IF"
If I just had a saw.
"IF" we didn't average 2 moves a year.
"If" I had the money to pay someone to build it.
"IF" I had more energy I could take a class or teach myself how to make/build this myself...If.
If, is definitely a dangerous game to play.
However, to get this out of my system
If only....
I would have this tree house bed for my kids.
One for Siri
&
One for Chamberlain.
Chamberlain's of course would be turquoise blue
and Siri's well I would paint it exactly like the one in the picture.
Or now that I think about it, they would have two exactly the same color, just like the one in the picture, minus the bird decal on Chamberlains and something more boy like. But Siri's yep exactly the same.
I love everything about this tree house I love it all.
I am so in love.
Dear Josh,
While in our almost 6 years of marriage you have become quite the fix it guy from the dryer to toys. I think you could fix me up a couple of these tree houses for the kids. Plus I read in the post that they are movable so when we move here soon (soon as in we have been here for 5 or so months and with our track record we should be moving in like another 5 or so) we can take them with us.
I love them. I would have wanted one when I was their age and would have played in it always.
I believe in you.
Love,
Ash
Here is one more picture just for fun.
And Jill I too am trying to cut the word "IF" out of my vocabulary~
Thanks for being so inspiring.

You know, Josh being as awesome as he is, will find a way to get this/make this for you. This tree house is amazing and i would love one too.
That bed is so amazing! A Childs dream for sure! I'm positive that your creativity and talent can get you some!
I love, love that bed. I hope you get one or two someday. :)
I have to laugh a little because I just might be putting Micah up to this perfect treehouse project too! Ha ha. There's a diference between "If"ing my life away and daydreaming :)
