the childrens museum.

Goodness I can't believe its been over a week since we have been home from visiting Shelbie and the boys.  It feels like we were just there yesterday. We did so many things and had so much fun, but the one afternoon that I find myself remembering the most was the Children's museum.
It was very cool. Everything made out of recycled stuff, which I love.
I think what I enjoyed most of all was how much fun ALL the children had.
Yep even baby Lex and Siri had a ball...literally.
It was a quick and air conditioned way to spend 5 hours or more of our day.
It went by so fast.  If you are in the Phenoix area and you are looking for something to do with your kids that will take up an afternoon or more definitely go there.

The pictures below are proof that kids of all ages will love going there.
Not one child was unhappy at any minute during the duration of our time there.
Although rounding them up to go home was a different story.
 Can you spy Chamberlain?

 Dear Utah,

Why don't we have something like this in our great state? We have a plethora of children, do I dare say more than the state below us! We even have all the materials we need right here in our own back yard to make/build a spectacular Children's Museum {which I think could be bigger and better}. And I'm pretty sure we have an old school building needing to be restored and brought to life again. Its a win win win situation for all. And on top of that I'm sure there are people out there willing to step up to make this happen.

Sincerely,
Ashleigh

We do have a wonderful Children's Museum in Salt Lake at the Gateway. It's incredible and close to the planetarium, which has a lot of cool stuff to explore that's free! Check their website for more info and discount passes. It's for all ages and you could spend hours there! It's a fav for my 4 kids. Glad you had fun!
