Siri turned two this week and we have had a wonderful time celebrating.
But first I made her take our traditional birthday photos on the blue chair in her new outfit from Grandma Chamberlain.
A few things about Siri at age 2
Siri talks and talks and talks and talks and is gaining quite the vocabulary. She calls Chamberlain Cha Cha and baby Harrison she calls Siri.
She loves to do anything Chamberlain is doing. She is his little sidekick and is happy to just tag along.
Siri still has to have a pacifier and she still drinks a bottle which we are trying to break.
She loves to sit on the side of my bathroom sink and put on her makeup while I put on mine.
Siri loves anything girly even though I try to not introduce her to girly things she naturally gravitates to sparkly, shiny, pretty things.
She has a blanket that she calls her Minky and takes it most places if we let her.
Siri loves to sing and can sing the tune to many songs from both primary and songs currently playing on the radio. I think her favorite is popcorn popping, do as I'm doing and Happy Birthday.
She loves to dance and will dance on command.
Siri is starting to pick out her own clothes and is pretty determined to wear what she wants to wear, and for the most part I let her.
She loves to visit Grandma and Grandpas house.
She loves to work at the cave and try on all of the jewelry.
Siri is quite the Sunshine in our home and makes all of us smile.
Siri,
We love you and the joy and happiness you bring into our home.
Life is good. You are our sunshine. You can make anyone smile and you always do. You are growing so fast and we are amazed at how quickly you pick up on things. You are growing into a beautiful little girl. We love you so much and feel so blessed that you are our little girl to raise.
